30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@calmtail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as used products, hygiene-related items, or items not in original condition may not be eligible for return.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
